All products are available in variety of materials for high pressure, temperature & vaccum application. The materials used for manufacturing are based on ASTM / DIN / BS & Indian Standards, depending upon the requirements of our customers. Construction materials specification includes Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel & Brass. A variety of alternative exotic material specification are also available eg. Monel, Hastelloy, Inconel & Titanium. Most of the products manufactured are in Carbon Steel (ASTM A105) & Stainless Steel (ASTM A182 F316, ASTM A479 & ASTM A276 in the SS Range). Both the materials confirm to NACE MR 01-75 for specified corrosive applications.
At Powertech Valves ( India ) we are committed to ensure that the requirements of our customers are fully meet with respect to quality. Stringent process control is implemented for both in process & finished products to ensure that only superior quality products are manufactured & supplied. It is built into the project starting from raw material inspection, through on going quality assurance during production and finally through testing of the final product before delivery. The factory is well equipped with all required gauges & testing facilities & every product undergoes extensive safety analysis. In case of any special tests for which we do not have the facilities, we are backed by the support of nationally recognized laboratories.
Our products are manufactured using ultra modern facilities. Precise machining with tolerance that complies with international standard is our prime objective. Machining inspection is performed at each respective process in accordance with QC process, drawing, dimension that ensures maximum reliability & quality safety.
